Have you ever noticed that those individuals who are truly wealthy do not flaunt their bank book balance? Sure, they have nice homes. They have nice cars. But they do not attempt to promote themselves as affluent, conspicuous consumers. What you do discover is their quiet works as they use their means to go about doing good.

One of the hard realities of life is that self-constructed pedestals are precariously unstable.

Let your actions speak for you. Others will build your pedestals. Decide who you are. Dress how you wish. Decorate in your own style. Reach inside yourself and find your true inner expression.

Wealth isnt measured by dollar accumulation. It is measured by willingness to share, whether assets or time or heart.

Find the circles of individuals who are not obsessed with a worldly display of conspicuous consumption. Find the circles of individuals who are finding who they are. Like attracts like and you will surround yourself with people just like you. Those individuals will be your real friends. That is where you will find real satisfaction and happiness.
