Your Voice

Author: Patti Pacifico

In our solitary moments, when living in fear, it is the murmurs of our instincts that we should heed. Perhaps we could also call this listening to your soul, subconscious, whatever you chose- the voice is there.

Everything has its processes; it's language. Like the way you learn to read, examine science, understand association and artistic expression; you have to learn to listen to yourself. You have to learn your processes and language. You always learn when you pay attention. Listen and pay attention to your voice.

If you examine the Greeks, the Renaissance, Hollywood- all the stories are the same, but different. It doesn't matter if you have knowledge of all history's comedies and tragedies, as long as you know the basics and what you liked best - your voice will let you know.

Aesop's fables detail the universal truths of human goodness and ugliness. No matter your age, you must revisit these, compare yourself, learn the lesson again. Who are you in each story? Who do you want to be? What do their actions get them? Every story, including yours, contains the elements of these tales. It is simple, but complex, because everything and everyone is an expression of these stories and there are trillions of variations, but you can use these simple lessons to make decisions and be better. Who are you? Who do you want to be?

Patti Pacifico

A former computer professor turned Internet writer, I have combined elements of the film, music, and publishing industries to create a new genre exclusive to the Internet- Digi-Tome's. Interested in a different way of learning and beautiful way of living, I created the world's first digi-tome, "life"- combining music, reality recordings and various characters. What in life will you hear? I guarantee you've never heard anything like it.

Respectfully- Patti Pacifico
