The Power of Reason

Author: Vicheka Lay

In a century that any natural person, juristic person and state all intend to sustain economic prosperity, philosophy does have a huge iron barricade to be on par to other fields. However, to my cradle, I have always and will be always believing that human must boast the absolute element that any machine could and will not be able to produce: "reason."

"Reasons" is the power leading to self-understanding and contentment; why? Just beginning doing anything, ask your self; "what is the reasons behind my impending activity?" Be honest and concrete to explain the reason of your upcoming activity, before you decide to do it.

This is a process to understand yourself and to the most surprising consequence; you will feel confident with your commission and any kind of result. Millions of protests against your commission will never make you deter from accomplishing your activity, if you already have the reasons before deciding to accomplish it.

To me, reason plays decisive roles in my daily life. Would I be lazy? Should I write another philosophical argument? Should I request permission to take leave from work for my posh dinner? Would I drive fast from work to home? Should I tell my parents this secret? What are the differences between being educated and not educated? Should I spend my money on this drudgery? These are the rhetoric that my self-reasons will decide whether I would step upward or backward.

Make your reason prevail in any of your daily activity and you will see the positive difference in your mindset and your future.
