Is Your Past Weighing You Down?

Author: Nick Arrizza, M.D.

If you ever reflect on the impact that your life history has on you I think you will find the following:

1. It is intrusive and distracting.

2. It creates a state of tiredness or energy depletion.

3. It creates feelings of regret, sadness and disappointment.

4. It creates feelings of low self worth, low self esteem, and low self confidence.

5. It contributes to a low self image.

6. It contributes to fears of future uncertainty.

7. It creates feelings of self doubt.

8. It comes with a great deal of emotional pain.

9. It creates feelings of guilt.

10. It contributes to a fear of moving forward in one's life.

And so on.

Yet, having said all of this, don't you still cling to it as a reflection of who you "think" you are?

Don't you identify with it and assume that this life history of yours is what makes up what you call your personality?

Don't you fear that losing any part of it will make you feel like you might go crazy?

Don't you avoid any efforts to let it go once and for all?

Well most people would answer yes to all of those questions.

I would like to highlight something here however that you take for granted but likely have never seen in this light. What is that you ask?

Well the very fact that your so called life history is depleting you of energy means that it is killing you. That is because it is your Life Force Energy that is being depleted at each moment that your harbor this history inside you.

It is possible to begin to release this toxic (i.e. by toxic I am referring the fact that it is killing you) material from within you at every level.

You see we have entered a new era in human history. That era is the era in which we are able to extricate ourselves from it (history that is).

This is not only going to empower those who choose this journey it is also going to shift the entire planetary consciousness in a positive direction.
